Job Description
- Should be comfortable to work from clean room.
- Able to handle production issue.
- Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
- Refine and automate regular processes, track issues and document changes.
- Should be ready to provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.
- Interacting with client/onsite counterpart or DEV teams for issue resolution.
- Able to follow the incident/change/problem management process.
- Understanding of ITIL V3 and its components.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Must have good knowledge of RPA technologies specially UIPATH, Orchestrator etc.
- Provide day-to-day support for UiPath RPA solutions, including troubleshooting issues and resolving incidents.
- Monitor RPA workflows and bots to ensure continuous operation and performance efficiency.
- Collaborate with RPA developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and optimize automated processes.
- Should be well versed in Microsoft technologies like Windows Server, IIS, AD, GPOs, Patching etc.
- Hands on experience in PowerShell scripting would be a preferred.
- Basic application support experience of Microsoft SQL Server and OnBASE would be desired.
- Good client-facing and internal communication skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize and plan work independently.
