Key Responsibilities

Application Support:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ERP, MES, SCE, CPQ, and other core enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with end-users to diagnose and address functional and technical concerns efficiently.
  • Work with third-party vendors to escalate and resolve software issues as needed.
  • Leverage automation tools to streamline support tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, XML, XSLT, Infor OS, web development, iSeries development, or automation tools is a plus.

System Administration & Maintenance:

  • Conduct regular system maintenance, updates, and patches with minimal business disruption.
  • Manage data integrations, ETL processes, and APIs to ensure smooth application connectivity.
  • Maintain system documentation and uphold data integrity across platforms.

Process Improvement:

  • Evaluate current workflows and propose enhancements for better system efficiency.
  • Work closely with departments such as Operations, Manufacturing, and Finance to define system improvement needs.
  • Support business process reengineering efforts by optimizing enterprise system capabilities.

Training & Documentation:

  • Develop and lead training sessions to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
  • Create and maintain user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and procedural documentation.

API & Integration Management:

  • Support and oversee API integrations for seamless data exchange between systems.
  • Assist in designing, testing, and implementing custom integrations to align with business needs.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Generate reports to support business insights and decision-making.
  • Help users create custom reports and resolve reporting issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably with Infor or similar enterprise software.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise system architecture and integrations.
  • Experience with API management, system connectivity, and data transformations.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases for reporting and data management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
  • Effective communication skills for training and documentation purposes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience customizing ERP systems and working with advanced reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of system integration and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing and supply chain workflows.
