Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in project management
- Proven experience managing large scale, transformational IT application development projects
- Advanced level of proficiency in knowledge of project management tools & concepts, from planning and inception, through implementation, change management and support
- Ability to drive discussions about initiatives and their associated campaigns to create effective deliverables and outcomes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills when interfacing with all levels of management, including c-suite leaders
- Strong meeting facilitation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with any level of senior leader participants
- Ability to foster and maintain strong partnerships with business stakeholders, leadership and project team members
- Superb relationship management skills, specifically around leading projects with the ability to create a non-adversarial atmosphere and be viewed as a partner across all levels
- Demonstrated high degree of collaboration; works well with others in team environments as it relates to delivering projects and programs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
- Experience and knowledge in data strategy and analytics
- Experience in agile methodology and CI/CD principles
