Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Production Services Specialist to join their team. As a Production Services Specialist, you will be part of the IT Operations supporting critical production environments. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing production issues, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Chandler, AZ (Hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week)

What's the Job? - Run the day-to-day operations of the technology platform including Java, MS SQL Server, Oracle, and Unix.
- Identify possible production issues, create incident tickets, and communicate effectively with development and internal business operations teams.
- Lead production support issues/incidents, taking ownership of escalations and performing troubleshooting and resolution.
- Ensure production and performance SLAs are met and escalate issues that require attention.
- Maintain metrics to help develop analysis that will drive improvement in all areas of Production Shared Services.
What's Needed? - 5+ years of relevant IT experience in Production Support, ITIL, or Technical Implementations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven knowledge in Java/J2EE, Dynatrace or App Dynamics, Splunk, Kafka, and Python.
- Strong operating system knowledge in Unix and Windows, including scripting skills.
- Experience with Oracle, DB2, and PL/SQL query performance tuning.
