Application Integration Engineer with Security Clearance

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Application Integration Engineer to join our team in Alexandria, VA. This is a hybrid position with three days onsite and two days telework weekly. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop and configure data integrations with remote systems using REST calls, data feeds, and other mechanisms to ensure scalable and secure data storage and management
Utilize DevOps tools and techniques to build integrations with external systems, including social media platforms, collaboration systems, and web scraping tools
Stay current with advancements in machine learning and collaborate with software architects, data scientists and ML engineers to integrate machine learning models and other analytical tools into production software systems
Stay current with advancements in software engineering to develop, implement, maintain and optimize software solutions for case management and records management applications, focusing on configuring/customizing COTS and handling large numbers of integrations with external systems and efficient processing of large-scale data feeds
Apply design thinking or other solution-based methods to solve problems consisting of various qualitative activities that support the generation of insightful, human-centered and impactful design solutions
Perform knowledge elicitation from client of business problem details and incorporate that knowledge into algorithms, models, and approaches in client solutions; Enhance the client's data management and analytic capabilities by configuring AWS GovCloud SaaS offerings Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
At least seven years of experience in data management, case management, and records management; a master's degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience
Experience in programming and/or scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, C , or Java
Experience with configuring and developing in a major public cloud system such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
Experience with DevOps tools and techniques for scalable and secure data storage and management
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
Experience with social media platforms, collaboration systems, and web scraping tools
Experience with SharePoint, OneDrive and other repositories
Strong analytical skills
Prior experience in a government or defense contracting environment Security Clearance Requirements: Must have a current and active TS/SCI with CI Poly Physical Requirements: Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and clients, which may involve delivering presentations ad must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
