Product Manager / Technical Support General Purpose The Application Engineer / Technical Support must have a high school diploma and/or three (3) years of equivalent job experience in a CNC manufacturing environment. Strong interpersonal, clerical, organizational, and typing/data entry skills are required as well as the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel both in writing and verbally.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities- Phone and email support for sales, outside reps, distributors, and customers
- Understand how to leverage CRMs, HubSpot experience is preferred
- Knowledge of cutting tools and how to use them
- Process, manage, and follow up on Test tool requests from the field sales force
- Create quotes for certain Brands that require more support
- Sales order review and entry support to the customer service team
Key Competencies- Good understanding and experience with all types of metal-cutting technology
- Knowledge of operations of CNC controls such as Fanuc, Okuma & Siemens or equivalent
- Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of attention to detail
- Effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills. Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently.
- Ability to work independently or as a team member
- Ability to learn and adapt to new products, machinery, processes, and software

Education and Experience High School Diploma, Technical High School or College preferred with 3+ years related experience
oran equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of manufacturing principles, manufacturing standards, and compliance
Proficiency in MS Office applications and willingness to learn ERP & CRM systems
Familiarity with Epicor software a plus
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM a plus
Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Customer service and negotiation skills
Ability to read technical drawings
