Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and application support for CNC Tool & Cutter Grinding Machines.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to grinding machines.
- Develop and maintain application documentation, including manuals and training materials.
- Stay current on industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
- Participate in trade shows and customer visits to promote products and gather feedback.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Application Engineer or similar role within the CNC machining industry.
- Strong understanding of CNC Tool & Cutter Grinding Machines and related technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Experience in conducting training or demonstrations for technical products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits and trade shows.
