Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled application engineer to join our team at Accutrol LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the engineering team, sales, and customers by providing technical support, solutions, and product customization tailored to client needs. This role involves a mix of technical expertise, problem-solving, and customer service.
This position requires some travel.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:- Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Provide technical support during pre-sales, installation, and post-sales stages.
- Customize product configurations to meet unique customer needs or project specifications.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations.
- Interpret and translate customer technical needs into product solutions.
- Create technical documentation including proposals, datasheets, and user guides.
- Liaise with engineering and R&D to communicate customer feedback and assist in product development.
- Assist in training internal teams and customers on product functionality and application.
- Troubleshoot product issues and provide on-site or remote technical support when needed.

Education and Experience Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or related field).
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar technical or customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of the company's products and industry applications.
- Proficient in CAD software, CRM systems, and technical documentation tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites or for trade shows (as required).
