Applications Engineer (60 - 90K)
Due to promotion, we have an exciting Applications Engineer role available at an outstanding manufacturing company in the Southern Tier, NY area. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Your Role:
- Provide technical support to customers and internal sales teams
- Interpret customer specs and recommend tailored connector/filter solutions
- Create and manage new part numbers and maintain data accuracy
- Collaborate with Engineering and Test Lab on product testing and qualification
- Assist in failure analysis, cost estimates, and pricing efforts
- Travel up to 25% (primarily domestic, occasional international)
Background Profile:
- Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business, or related technical field
- Recent grads with co-op/internship experience encouraged to apply
- AAS with 2+ years of interconnect experience will be considered
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused role
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
