Job Title:(ServiceNow HRSD Solutions Specialist)
Location: Remote

JOB DESCRIPTION
Must Have:
At least 5+ years experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery
Excellent English language skills: you are comfortable presenting to large audiences and excel at writing in-depth application how-tos, documenting processes, and producing user-facing documentation
Excellent remote working skills: you thrive in a hybrid work environment and are very comfortable with asynchronous communication, providing timely and relevant updates on your progress and blockers as they arise.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills: you are equally comfortable driving one-on-one conversations, facilitating requirements, gathering workshops, and building positive relationships.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD module and understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
Knowledge of Employee Lifecycle Management and HR Case Management.
Strong business analysis skills, including gathering business requirements and translating them into technical requirements.
Understanding of HR Operations and HR service delivery models.
Nice to Have:
Experience in Portfolio Management, Capacity Management and Project Management
Experience with HR Operation tools like; Lexicon, Greenhouse, Sterling Background Check Services, Docusign, Equifax, Berry Appleman & Leidan (BAL)
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
ServiceNow HRSD certification or relevant ServiceNow experience
Workday certification or relevant experience

Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement:

Be the primary contact between People team stakeholders and IT ServiceNow platform team.
Make sure there is alignment and transparency between HR business needs and the technical capabilities of the platform.

HR Process Continuous Improvement:

Partner with People stakeholders to identify pain points and drive efficiency improvements within HRSD.
Drive process enhancements & identification of improvements through automation and best practice recommendations.
Transform Requests into Requirements:
Gather, analyze, and translate HR business needs into clear technical requirements.
Communicate requirements effectively to the ServiceNow Platform team.

Supervise Solution Architecture and Implementation:
Ensure business requirements are aligned to HRSD solutions and platform capabilities.
Work closely with the ServiceNow developers to design & review technical approaches for implementation of HRSD solutions.
Quality Assurance (QA) & User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
Develop and oversee testing to ensure HRSD solutions meet business needs and technical standards.
Lead QA efforts, including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
Coordinate UAT sessions with HR stakeholders to validate system functionality and user experience.
Work with developers to resolve any issues found during testing before deployment.

Strategic Roadmap Development:

Collaborate with People team leadership and the ServiceNow Product Lead to define and maintain a HRSD roadmap and is aligned to long-term People team goals
Work in tandem with the ServiceNow Product Lead & the People Team Leads to help support prioritization of projects based on business impact and urgency.
Partner with the ServiceNow Technical Lead on reviewing technical approaches and solutions that best fit HR business needs.
Governance & Best Practices:
Work with the ServiceNow Platform Team to ensure platform compliance of HR services.
Establish best practices for HRSD configuration, customization, and integration where necessary.
