Job Description - Analyzing information requirements and formulating an action plan
- Writing, testing, and debugging computer software
- Accessing and reporting data as needed
- Assisting in the development of project schedules
- Executing project schedules
- Ensuring installed software systems are properly maintained
- Providing timely end-user support when required
- Traveling to other Musco locations occasionally
Requirements - A minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Effective experience with computer programming languages and software development
- 4+ years of software development experience in a work environment or demonstrated aptitude
- Experience with D365 Field Services, F&O, and CRM is a plus
- Experience working the full life cycle of project requests, including gathering requirements, developing solutions, testing, implementing, and maintaining
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work with legacy systems and code
- Ability to work with some self-direction while collaborating with the team
- A commitment to working with data in a confidential manner
