Job Description - Manage ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management) to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Maintain and enhance the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to support effective service management.
- Oversee SDLC processes, ensuring best practices are followed throughout development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate ITIL practices into the SDLC and improve service delivery.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and drive continual service improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
