Our client is seeking an Application Developer to join their team. As an Application Developer you will be part of the Technology team supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Application Developer
Location: Irving, TX - Hybrid 3 days
Pay Range: Based on the experience
Mode: Contract based 12+ Months
What's the Job? - Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and IT planning to meet specific business needs.
- Monitor and control all phases of the development process, providing user and operational support.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems and recommend solutions.
- Consult with users and other technology groups on issues, recommending advanced programming solutions.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts, fostering a collaborative environment.
What's Needed? - 5-8 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques and methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
