Job description:

Must have great communication and hands on experience within Ficro Compliance Link and know how to read SQL queries.

This position is remote and a long-term contract.

What you'll do:
  • Partner with assigned business areas to gain deep understanding of their processes, plans, and how technology solutions are utilized by them.
  • Understand the full product solution, its capabilities, and how it is used by RDS to support users and provide analysis and recommendations for future uses and solutions to support the business.
  • Manage on-going communication and clarification of functional and non-functional requirements in a clear and comprehensive manner to project staff, and other technical stakeholders.
  • Create and manage Solution Requirements Package supporting Business Requirements:
Use Cases and/or User Stories

Functional and Non-Functional Requirements

Interface Mock-ups and attributes

Process Models and descriptions

Workflow Storyboards

Requirements Traceability Deliverables
  • Application configuration changes with appropriate change management documentation
  • Requirements management and documentation
  • Evaluate solution proposals for technical merit and feasibility to satisfy business needs within tolerable cost and risk parameters.
  • Assist in preparation of testing strategy and test plans and drive SIT and UAT
Skills needed for success:
  • Understands requirements (technical and functional) and solutions. Create requirements documentation and high level solution designs. Identify potential impacts of the solutions to our environment.
  • Experience operating in a quality control capacity.
  • Experience working in a project focused organization, Agile methodology.
  • Understanding of business analysis activities, tasks, tools and deliverables. Excellent oral and written communicator.
  • Experience in writing SQL queries
  • 3+ years of experience working with Firco Compliance Link
