Application Developer

Role Description: Strong, hands-on migration experts who can lead and execute this end-to-end migration, working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption. Automation, efficiency, and performance optimization are key to meeting aggressive timelines.Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and T-SQL programming. Design and implement OLTP peer-to-peer replication strategies for seamless data synchronization.Architect and optimize data warehouse solutions to align with business intelligence needs.Automate large-scale database migrations to minimize downtime and accelerate the transition.Own and lead end-to-end Oracle-to-Azure SQL / MS SQL migrations, ensuring high efficiency, automation, and minimal downtime.Develop and implement automation frameworks to streamline schema conversion, data migration, and validation.Leverage Oracle GoldenGate, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, and automation scripts (Python, PowerShell, SQL) to optimize data replication and migration.Perform in-depth Oracle database assessments, covering schemas, stored procedures, PL/SQL, indexes, triggers, partitions, and performance tuning strategies.Convert Oracle PL/SQL to T-SQL, optimizing for performance on the target SQL platform.Use Microsoft DMA, SSMA, Azure DMS, or other proven solutions to streamline migrations. Competencies: Digital : Python, PL/SQL, Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF), SQL Server 2012 Integration Services (SSIS)
