We are currently seeking an Application Analyst II to join the Tactical Development team and provide technical support to our valued clients. The focus of this role is to produce high quality, detailed work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. What you'll do
  • Analyze product problems resulting from design flaws and propose solutions.
  • Develop and maintain application knowledge in area of design.
  • Communicate with Customer Service and Product teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client needs.
  • Perform Quality Assurance Testing of developed solutions.
  • Handle Customer Service questions concerning regulations and/or existing industry requirements and functionality of products.
  • Create and maintain documentation for support and development items.
  • Participate in product planning and design meetings.

What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science or related or equivalent work experience is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications.
  • Minimum 3-4 years systems support or design experience in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Strong SQL skills (T-SQL, PL/SQL or MySQL).
  • Knowledge of specific Banking functions and applications - Teller and/or Back Office preferred.
  • Knowledge of Relational Database Concepts.
  • Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret banking periodicals, professional/technical journals and technical procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management both orally and in writing.
  • Solid analytical skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Rotational production support is required.
  • Some weeks require work over 40 hours.
Salary range for this role is $72,000-$95,000/annually
