Application Analyst II to join the Tactical Development team and provide technical support to our valued clients. What you'll do - Analyze product problems resulting from design flaws and propose solutions.
- Develop and maintain application knowledge in area of design.
- Communicate with Customer Service and Product teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client needs.
- Perform Quality Assurance Testing of developed solutions.
- Handle Customer Service questions concerning regulations and/or existing industry requirements and functionality of products.
- Create and maintain documentation for support and development items.
- Participate in product planning and design meetings.

Having a technical mindset is important, though it is just as critical to have a comfortable communication style and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
What you'll bring - Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science or related or equivalent work experience is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications.
- Minimum 3-4 years systems support or design experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong SQL skills (T-SQL, PL/SQL or MySQL).
- Knowledge of specific Banking functions and applications - Teller and/or Back Office preferred.
- Knowledge of Relational Database Concepts.
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret banking periodicals, professional/technical journals and technical procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management both orally and in writing.
- Solid analytical skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Rotational production support is required.
- Some weeks require work over 40 hours.
Salary range for this role is $72,000-$95,000/annually
