Position Overview
We are a reputable workers' compensation firm representing injured workers. All levels of workers' comp experience including newly licensed attorneys will be considered. This is an excellent opportunity to train with a leading expert in workers' compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court
- Maintain accurate records and manage case files
- Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel
- Analyze complex legal issues and develop effective strategies for resolution
Qualifications
- Admission to California bar
- Able to work on-site
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Nice to have: Experience in Workers' Compensation
