About the Role: Northeast Appliance Repair LLC is seeking an experienced Appliance Store Manager to join our team in West Monroe, LA. As the leader of our store, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations, managing a team, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of the appliance store
- Supervise and train sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Monitor inventory levels and order new stock as needed
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue
- Handle customer inquiries and issues
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements: - Proven experience as a store manager or similar position
- Knowledge of appliance sales and repair industry
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Monday-Friday 8am-5:30pm

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
As an appliance repair technician, you'll work with anything from dishwashers to microwaves to dryers. In other words, you'll need to be fairly knowledgeable about large appliances, portable appliances, mechanical work, as well as electrical work.
You'll deal with more than just appliances, though, as a repair technician, you'll have to deal with people, too.
Appliance repair technicians must also have skills in high mechanical aptitude, have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, work adeptly with repair tools, be okay with lifting heavy machinery, and of course, be incredibly skilled in troubleshooting problems.
