Job Description:
- Device Management Manage and maintain Apple iOS devices using Microsoft Intune Jamf and other MDM solutions.
- Configuration and Deployment Configure and deploy iOS devices ensuring compliance with company policies and security standards.
- Access Control Implement and manage access controls for devices ensuring secure and appropriate access for users.
- Lifecycle Management Oversee the allocation deallocation and tracking of devices throughout their lifecycle.
- Troubleshooting Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for iOS devices resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Policy Enforcement Develop and enforce policies related to device usage security and compliance.
- Training and Support Provide training and support to end users on device management best practices and usage.
- Collaboration Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of devices within the organizations infrastructure.
- Documentation Maintain detailed documentation of device configurations policies and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of iOS device configuration deployment and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
- Experience with Apple Business Manager and Apple School Manager.
- Familiarity with Apple Configurator.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell Python or Bash for automation.
- Understanding of network protocols and VPN configurations.
- Experience with enterprise mobility management EMM solutions.
- Proficiency in managing app deployments and updates through MDM.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards eg GDPR HIPAA.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory integration.
- Experience with device encryption and data protection techniques.
- Understanding of WiFi and cellular network configurations for mobile devices.
- Security Understanding of security best practices for mobile devices and experience implementing security policies.
- Experience with other mobile operating systems eg Android and their management.
- Knowledge of additional scripting and automation tools for device management.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT infrastructure and networking concepts.
