Apparel Technical Designer

We are seeking a talented Technical Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the technical design process from development to final fit, ensuring high-quality standards in garment production. Must have experience in Fashion retail industries Responsibilities
•  Execute the technical design process, from initial development through to final fit approval.
•  Analyze and evaluate garments to establish correct fit specifications.
•  Develop technical specifications and communicate fit requirements to vendors and factories.
•  Make necessary adjustments with factories to maintain design integrity and quality standards.
•  Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
•  Document and communicate detailed fit comments and corrections effectively. Skills
•  Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
•  7+ years of experience in technical design, particularly in intimates or apparel.
•  Proficiency in design software such as Excel, Illustrator, and Flex PLM.
•  Strong understanding of garment construction and fit standards.
•  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Skills
•  Experience with retail, fashion, or eCommerce sectors.
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
•  Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
•  Familiarity with creating tech packs and detailed fit comments.
