PIGEE/DataPower Administrator for a
CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier
Banking clients in
Frisco, TX .
Responsibilities :
- Monitoring (Observability) of applications & batch jobs as per the shift coverage
- Incident Management and Triaging
- Ticket Management
- Break Fix and Recovery (Configuration changes only)
- Service Request Management
- Problem Management (RCA Incidents for permanent fixes)
- Vulnerability remediation and SII remediation
- Batch Job Scheduling / Execution
- Event and Alert management (working on Alerts triggered from the tools)
- ctionable alerts configurations
- Smart Monitoring and preventive remediation to ensure app availability
- pplication Health Check configuration & execution
- Log Analysis
- Certificate Management - Certificate creation, deployment and post patching validation
- DR Support
- Ticket/Task Elimination & Automation
- Metrics and Reporting
- Knowledge management - Maintain Run-book, SOP
- Update known errors in KEDB
- Transmission application validation for partner/colleague app changes
- Partner Onboarding, User Profile Management
- Release and deployment support
- Status Reporting
Required Skills :
- 3-5 years of APIGEE/ DataPower Administration
