Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a APAC Payroll Specialist located in India to support a large payroll project for an end client. These people will be responsible for supporting the standard responsibilities of running payroll for internal employees specific to procedures and guidelines for the APAC Region. The project at hand the company transitioning to a new payroll software. They are in need up support of ensuring normal payroll is being run for all employees. These resources will work cross-functionally with HR and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely salaries of associates, whilst also identifying and executing continuous improvements to processes.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of payroll operational experience running payroll/handling payroll operations in the APAC
- Payroll duties including updating tax forms, consolidating payroll inputs, understanding commissions & bonuses, time & attendance, identifying data exceptions, reviewing exception reports, using a ticketing tool, conducting accruals, and process/validate/sense check payroll.
- Strong experience working with global payroll solutions (SAP, ADP, Strada, Workday, etc.)
- Payroll project support experience.
- Ticketing system experience. (Jira preferred)
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator.
Nice to Have Skills and Experience
- Experience running payroll/handling payroll operations in additional countries outside of the APAC Region
