As our clients AP Specialist, you'll be a key player in managing vendor relationships, processing invoices, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. What You'll Do:
- Review, code, and process invoices with precision
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end close and reporting
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain organized records and support audits as needed

What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of AP or general accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with accounting software (experience with ERP systems a plus)
- Solid communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work independently
