Job Details

The Sr. AP Specialist will be joining an amazing team. They are a high-volume organization so we are seeking accounting professionals who can run at pace with their staff. Job duties will include but are not limited to:

Responsible for accurately tracking what is owed to suppliers
Responsible for ensuring payments are approved and processed
Producing accurate balance sheets
Capturing invoice data, coding invoices with correct account and cost center
Matching invoices to purchase orders
Posting payments
Setting up and managing vendor information
Manage and develop improvements as needed to improve cash flow
