RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST:
- The Accounts Payable Specialist will enter, 3-way match and code invoices, gain approvals, and post invoices (approx. 200 daily)
- The Accounts Payable Specialist will research discrepancies, utilize Chart of Accounts and resources to find information
- Process digital payments, set up digital ACH, and process refunds
- Assist with vendor reconciliations and special projects, as assigned
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST ROLE:
- Must have full-cycle AP experience
- Ability to process a high-volume of invoices will be key
- Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate effectively
Salary is $50-$60k, DOE
