Accounts Payable Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service in resolving customer/vendor inquiries, obtaining required forms, reconciling vendor accounts, while assisting the AP team on all administrative duties.
Job Responsibilities: - Monitor and resolve AP inquires received in the ticketing system.
- Works with vendors to resolve billing issues and obtain required forms.
- nswer incoming calls from the AP call center.
- Reconcile & process vendor reports/statements as requested.
- Responds to internal and external telephone calls and e-mails dealing with AP issues timely.
Job Qualifications: - 1 to 3 years minimum accounts payable accounting experience.
- bility to accurately solve problems and a working knowledge in data management including spreadsheet proficiency.
- bility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with specific ability to translate complex operational information into an organized and presentable manner.
- Outstanding administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in the use and application of the following software:
- Required: Microsoft Office (Excel Proficient), Word and Outlook).
- Preferred: Working knowledge of SAP software.
