About the POSITION
Advanced Practice Provider needed for the AntiCoag Team
There are 10 anticoagulation locations throughout North-Central Washington
Care is provided via in-person, face-to-face or tele-video communications
Support and facilitate the clinical management of anticoagulation including: patient assessment, dosing adjustments, peri-procedure management, patient and family education and communications with other staff and physicians as an integrated member of the healthcare team.
They will take a new grad for this position.
