REQUIRED CRITERIA: - Experience in a Help Desk role or other applicable experience
- Holds or is able to obtain in first year a CompTIA A+ certification ( & )
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide technical support to staff, students and parents in person and over the telephone or teleconference.
- Knowledge of remote management and automation tools plus experience using them in a help desk environment.
- Great problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills
- "Customer" oriented and cool tempered in stress situations
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Keen attention to detail, solutions, service-oriented, and well organized
- Understanding of work/learn from home conditions and the ability to provide support over any medium
