- Practice Setting: Inpatient Only, 1:4 MD Ratio
- Schedule: 8 hour day shift, 1 MD and 1 CRNA on call nights and weekends
- Practice Details: No Heart or Head cases required.
- Certifications: Required Active license in WV
- Highlights: Day shift, Weekends on Call ( no in-house), Inpatient Only
