Requirements:
- A Degree from an Accredited Residency Program
- Current State Medical License or ability to get licensure
- Must be Board Certified and participating in MOC
- DEA/CSR Required
- Providers must be able to work Call Shifts
- CAA typically staffs for a 1:4 care team model, and physicians at the facility do their own cases about 40% of the time.
