QUALIFICATIONS:
Anesthesiologist (Anesthesiology Department)
Possess and maintain board certification in Anesthesiology from either the American Board of Anesthesiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Anesthesiology.
Possess and maintain current certification in Basic Life Saving (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and in the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
Possess one year of clinical work experience within the preceding three years performing regional anesthesia.
Anesthesiologist (Pain Management Clinic) Possess and maintain a current unrestricted Board Certification in Pain Medicine from the American Board of Anesthesiology or the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation accredited by the American Board of Medical Specialties(ABMS)
Possess two years of clinical work experience within the preceding five years as a Pain Management subspecialist providing interventional and pharmacologic services to patients with complex pain conditions.
Possess and maintain a current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Have a consistent record of maintaining all medical licensure and privileging without revocation, dismissal or voluntary forfeiture for any legal or ethical considerations
Have no prior or current professional legal convictions or ongoing litigation including, but not limited to malpractice cases.
Have a documented history of remaining in good standing with all prior and current board certifying bodies as well as state medical licensing boards
