- Shifts: Trauma Shift 24 hrs in house. 1st Daytime: 7a-5p in house beeper 5p-7p.
- 1st Nighttime: Beeper 7p-7a, 2nd OR 7a-5p.
- Call or weekend requirements: 2 overnights per week. .
- How long is the call response time: Trauma is in house, backup response is 30min.
- Number of Operating Rooms: 3 running.
- Will locum be Required to Supervise CRNAs: No.
- Will provider be solo: Yes.
- EMR type: Epic.
- Annual Volume: Assuming 1700 cases per year.
- Average of cases per day: 3 per room.
- Required skills or preferred skills: UGRA.
- Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2.
- Number of Anesthesiologists in Practice:8.
- Certification required: ACLS, BLS.
- Patient Age Demographic: All ages. No peds less than 1 y/o.
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days.
- Will accept providers with closed malpractice cases: No.
- Vaccinations required: Initial COVID and annual flu.
- Locums need to be comfortable/proficient with the following: Trauma (most important), OB, Vascular, Neuro, Joints, Regional Blocks, Possible Peds, Thoracic, Call, Weekends, No CV.
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
