- Facility: 720 bed facility using EPIC EMR. With 24 OR beds
- Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient, Trauma Level: 1
- 50 patients per shift
- Schedule: Day Coverage, Monday- Friday, 4 days, 10 hour shifts available.
- Practice Details: Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular, Head Spine, neuro, OB, Pediatric, Regional and Thoracic
- Support: PA/NPs: 3
- Certifications: Board Certified, ACLS, BLS, PALS-Required
