Position: Anesthesiologist

Schedule: 5 days per week (Day shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
Call Rotation: 3 first calls and 3 second calls per month (24-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with a larger team of MDs to provide exceptional patient care.
- Perform day-to-day anesthesiology duties, including preoperative evaluations, administering anesthesia, and ensuring patient safety.
- Participate in call rotation, with 3 first calls and 3 second calls each month.
- Spend approximately 25% of practice time supervising CRNAs to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Oversee anesthesiology procedures in 6 operating rooms and 1 endoscopy suite.
- Utilize the EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to maintain accurate patient records.
Required Qualifications:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology.
- Proficiency in a variety of procedures including General, Plastics, Endoscopy, and OB/GYN cases.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- A commitment to patient-centered care and safety.
- Flexibility to work day shifts and participate in call rotation.
- Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred.
