Job Description:
  • Start: ASAP - Ongoing
  • Practice Setting: Hospital with 4 ORs, 2 endo sites, OB
  • Call Ratio: On average once every 4 weeks for a full-time staff
  • Documentation System/EMR: Epic
  • Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 10-12
  • Trauma Level III
  • Locum Tenen Physician Required to Supervise CRNAs: Yes, care team model. Solo on call.
  • Patient Age Demographic: 1 years and older
  • Number of Operating Rooms: 4
  • Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
Required Procedures:
  • General Surgical Cases ADULT
  • General Surgical Cases PEDIATRIC
  • Minor Nerve Blocks
  • IV Regional anesthesia
  • Plexus anesthesia
  • Spinal Anesthesia
  • Epidural Anesthesia
  • Regional Anesthesia
  • Obstetrical Cases
  • Pain Management Procedures: Acute
  • Insertion of Central Line, Arterial line
  • Evaluation and Management of Acute Volume / BP Issues: Yes
Submission Requirements
  • ME State License - REQUIRED (will accept providers needing to obtain state license)
  • ACLS, BLS, PALS
  • Must be Board Certified
