Anesthesiology Physician

I am working with Ballad Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, TN and they are looking for some temporary Anesthesiology coverage over the next several months. Level 1 Trauma Center

This facility is seeking locum tenens Anesthesiology coverage May ongoing
The facility is looking for coverage one week per month
Shift times: M-F 7A-5P (8 or 10 hour shifts are options here)
No call at night M-F
24 hour call on Sat/Sun
Minimum length of assignment: 1 week per month
May 24th-30th is open
June ongoing is open
Bread and Butter Cases and OB cases
Support staff: 4:1 medical direction
EMR: EPIC
45 days to privilege (Emergency privileging available)
Candidates must be Board Certified
Candidates must have an active TN license
Candidates must have active ACLS and BLS CPR certifications
Candidates must be at least 75 miles away from Kingsport
$435 per hour with an 8 or 10 hour guarantee M-F
$3480 per 24 hour call on Sat/Sun
$522 per hour for any hour worked over the 8-10 hour guarantee M-F or any hour worked in the facility while on call
