- Non-clinical time allocated for educational, administrative, and research responsibilities
- Low call-back rate with call schedules divided equally among the team (4-6 weeks/year)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - Total compensation range: $500K-$550K
- Annual CME allowance: $5,750

QUALIFICATIONS - Board Certified/Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Fellowship training in Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology
- Eligibility for Mississippi medical licensure
