Requirements

  • Board Certified
  • Active ID License or IMLC
  • DEA and CSR
  • Immunizations: TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID
  • Comfortable with Regional Anesthesia
  • Must be comfortable performing own cases or working in Supervising / Care Team Model
  • No Cardiac/Complex Peds/Transplants
  • OB Coverage required for Nampa facility not required for Boise
