Anesthesiologist - Great Falls, Montana

Position Details- Join a team of 17 FTE anesthesiologists in a stable, not-for-profit independent community hospital
- Preparing for upcoming FTE reductions and retirements adding physicians to reduce call burden and increase time off
- 100% physician coverage on all cases no supervision
- Anesthesia-led, efficient ORs with a full range of surgical cases
- Practice at one hospital with 10 operating rooms and an ambulatory surgery center connected by skybridge
- Case types include: General Surgery, ENT, Urology, Neurosurgery, Plastics, GYN, Bariatrics, Thoracic, Vascular, Ortho, Gastroenterology, and more
- Must be skilled in regional blocks, trauma, and healthy pediatric care
- No cardiac and no OB (unless desired to pick up optional OB shifts)
- Approx. 10,000 surgical cases/year
- Level II Trauma CenterBenefits Details- Guaranteed base salary: $450,000+
- Quarterly bonuses based on AU pool + incentive compensation goals
- Call stipend provided
- 10 full weeks of guaranteed PTO, scheduled a year in advance
- Additional 16 individual post-call off days
- Ability to pick up extra shifts/weeks for additional pay
- Sign-on bonus: $40,000
- CME allowance: $5,000 annually
- Licensing and dues: $1,000 annually
