Daily shift requirements: 7 am-5 pm for day shift and 5 pm-7 am for CV beeper call, weekdays and weekends needed Shifts: 5x10s per week, if they take weekday in-house call, the following day is post call. Plus a 24-hour regular weekend shift, Saturday 7 am - Sunday 7 am Call: Beeper call for all daysTrauma Call: The in-house call shift starts at 3 pm and runs to 7 am. Anesthesiologists will have a CRNA for the general OR/Trauma/IR cases.Support Staff/Supervision: Is there CRNA support on call shifts? Not for CV callAnesthesia Model: 9 Anesthesiologists / 16 APP Anesthesiologist: CRNA Ratio: 1:3. Care team model. Physicians do 99% supervision. Self-performing cases are uncommon. Physicians are expected to be present for Induction and Emergence, participate in post-op care, and participate in pre-op evaluation of patient. Case Mix: Level II Trauma, Ortho, Spine, Vascular, limited Neuro, Endo, EP Lab.
