Anesthesiology Opening - East Chicago, Indiana30m to ChicagoPosition Details:

  • Full-time, permanent position

  • Join a well-established physician practice that lives by the philosophy of looking to balance work with a healthy personal life style. The practice is growing and looking to add more providers.
  • Call Rotation: When fully staffed, on call 7-8 days a month. Included within these days is 1 weekend. There is a rotation amongst the anesthesiologists
  • Varied Schedule Day shift 7a-3:30pm if not on call. The on-call plays a factor for this schedule. All on- call days are 24 hours including weekdays. Ideally, when on call during the week their shift is 12p-8p. If busy, can be asked to come in earlier than 12p since they are on call. Will have the next day off following a 24 hour weekday call or Monday off following a weekend of call, this is called post call.
  • EPIC fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII (Only 5% of hospitals in country are at this level of sophistication), Easy to use; support department available
  • CRNA support
  • Target Start Date: Upon an offer being made to and accepted by a provider, the credentialing process will take approximately 90-120 days before a provider can start with us.
