The provider will work in a home health setting, visiting homes and nursing facilities. Responsibilities include conducting eye exams, diagnosing and treating ocular diseases, prescribing and fitting eyeglasses, and advising patients and families on follow-up care. This position provides an excellent opportunity for a dedicated optometrist to deliver comprehensive eye care to patients in their homes or care facilities, utilizing the Nextgen electronic health record system.
