- No Cardiac, Complex Pediatrics, or Transplants
- Must be comfortable performing own cases or supervising in a Care Team model
- Call Requirements: Required
- Credentialing: 60-90 days
Requirements: - Board Certified: Required
- Licensure: Idaho State License or IMLC Required
- DEA/CSR: Required
- COVID-19 Vaccination: Proof required at the time of submission
- Comfort with Regional Anesthesia: Required
