Practice Setting

Regional hospital with inpatient and outpatient coverage
8-11 ORs run daily depending on volume
Dedicated GI suite with 4 total procedure rooms
Cohesive team of 9 anesthesiologists and 2 CRNAs

Schedule

Monday-Friday daytime surgical coverage
Weeknight pager call 1-2 nights per week
Weekend call rotation every other weekend to start
Moves to every third weekend over time
Post-call recovery day available

Procedures and Cases

Hands-on role with 90% of cases physician-led
Full-spectrum caseload including Cardiac, Neuro, OB, GI, Ortho, and more
Physicians exclusively manage all cardiac procedures
Occasional light CRNA supervision when assigned

Requirements

Board Certified in Anesthesiology
Active Wisconsin license is required
Must be comfortable handling OB cases
ACLS and DEA certifications needed
COVID vaccine required
