Momentum Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a skilled Cardiac Anesthesiologist (MD/DO) for a locum tenens opportunity in Omaha, Nebraska. Join a high-performing team dedicated to providing exceptional cardiac anesthesia care in a state-of-the-art clinical setting.
Position: Locum MD/DO Cardiac Anesthesiologist
Location: Omaha, Nebraska
Key Responsibilities:
Provide anesthesia care for a variety of cardiac surgical procedures including CABG, valve surgeries, and other complex cardiac cases
Collaborate closely with cardiothoracic surgeons, perfusionists, and OR staff
Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic parameters
Participate in pre-op assessments and post-op pain management
Share in call coverage as needed
Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology
Fellowship training in Cardiac Anesthesia or significant cardiac anesthesia experience required
Active Nebraska medical license (or willingness to obtain)
Proficient in TEE (Transesophageal Echocardiography) preferred
ACLS and BLS certifications required
