The year of experience must be in software development or an extremely related discipline. This LCAT also requires 1 year of cybersecurity/CNO-specific development. Basic experience in native Android development using C or C Familiarity with ARM assembly language and reverse engineering concepts Working knowledge of Python scripting Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, HTTP, etc.) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and within a team Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to tools like IDA Pro, Ghidra, or similar reverse engineering platforms Experience with Android NDK development Understanding of Android system internals or mobile security principles
