For a full list of benefits, please visit our website at Job Description: Develop analytical data products to support decision-making solutions. Performing data testing and validation. Utilizing automation to reduce/eliminate manual tasks. Implementing machine learning models and developing statistical analysis. Conducting exploratory data analysis to support hypothesis generation. Collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Building statistical models to utilize the data pipeline by analyzing current and historical results of business activity and transactional data to identify actionable opportunities, develop ideas, and make recommendations to improve pricing and other relevant performance. Streamlining data prep processes to ensure timely and reliable data. Collaborating with other team members across IT functions. Developing relationships with sales management and product management to correctly position product and establish pricing strategies aligning with product/sales strategy. Identifying opportunities to support business strategy through delivering data analysis using data science and other analytical methods. Preparing, analyzing, and reporting on enterprise metrics and communicate results and recommendations for improvements or trends to executive management. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Analytics, Data Science, or a related field and six (6) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in data analytics technologies and solution building. Must have four (4) years of experience in all of the following: Performing root cause analysis on external and internal processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement. Must have three (3) years of experience in all of the following: Python coding; and Building required infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation and loading of data (ETL) from various data sources. Must have two (2) years of experience in all of the following: SQL coding; Data modeling using SQL, Snowflake, or Redshift for architecting analytical datasets; Using Data Visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, CRMA, or Streamlit to prepare reports and user interfaces concerning key performance indicators for management that state trends, patterns, and predictions and simulations using relevant data; and Performing Hypothesis testing, correlation analysis, regression analysis, time series forecasting, and predictive modelling using machine learning and statistics.
