Hours: Flexible 20-40 hrs/week

About the Role: This internship is for someone looking to connect data, storytelling, and strategy. You'll work on marketing campaigns, analytics dashboards, and growth tools that directly support our venues and franchise partners. Expect to make real business impact, not just do "busy work."
Key Responsibilities
- Analytics & Reporting (Power BI)
- Help manage dashboards tracking simulator usage, sales KPIs, league growth, and more.
- Build reports that influence franchise marketing strategy.
- Assist in development of marketing analytics for national and local campaigns.
- Marketing Ops & Campaign Support
- Set up lead capture flows, UTM tagging, and email automation systems.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to push out cross-channel campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and make strategic recommendations.
- Content Coordination & Digital Projects
- Organize project timelines, help launch blog/email content.
- Work closely with SEO freelancers and PR partners to track deliverables.
- Support implementation of national vs. franchise-level content frameworks.
- Growth Strategy & Systematization
- Document how digital and marketing systems currently work and suggest improvements.
- Create SOPs and templates for future interns, franchisees, and vendors.
- Track vendor performance and campaign execution with dashboards.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in marketing, analytics, and digital growth strategies
- Comfortable interpreting numbers and building visual reports
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage projects independently and in teams
- Detail-oriented and capable of balancing execution and strategy
Preferred (not required):
- Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar tools
- Familiarity with CRMs like or HubSpot
- Exposure to marketing automation or SEO/SEM platforms
- Golf experience or general interest in the industry
