Lilly USA LLC seeks an Analytics Director (P5-P6) to implement direct-to-consumer (DTC) analytics projects. Translate reporting and analysis requirements into scalable and performant data pipelines and composite analytical assets. Deliver segmentation, audiences, and customer algorithm solutions to brand and media teams based on behavioral and bid stream data. Integrate data analyses with agency targeting to drive efficiency. Lead the development and scaling of artificial intelligence and machine learning tools in market execution with internal and agency partners. Execute business reviews of media performance and activation opportunities. Support analytics, measurement, and planning for in-market test and control pilots. Align business unit measurements with US portfolio integration windows to lead portfolio optimization.
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with delivering multifunctional business analytics projects. Experience must include a minimum of: 5 years of experience with consumer media and advertising technology; 5 years of experience with calculating estimated return on investment and performance valuation of campaigns; 3 years of experience with building audience models; 3 years of experience with analyzing data complexities in specialty markets; and 3 years of experience with fostering adherence to federal marketing and promotional laws. Telecommuting benefit available. Up to 20% domestic and international travel required.

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
