Change Manager
Location: Dearborn, MI
Work Schedule: Hybrid
Pay Rate: $26.26- $32.99/hour

Position Description: The Project Change Management and Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies and training programs that minimize disruption, maximize user adoption, and support the achievement of project goals. This individual will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and end-users to identify change impacts, develop communication plans, deliver training, and provide ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to support end-users.
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to identify change impacts and develop effective communication plans.
Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth transition and user adoption.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management and training initiatives.

Skills Required:

Proven experience in Change Management.
Expertise in Training and Development.
Strong Stakeholder Engagement skills.
Ability to provide Project Support.

Experience Required:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in change management and training.

Experience Preferred:

Experience working on projects involving technology implementations, process improvements, or organizational changes.
Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, Communications).
